When you join our waitlist, you provide your email address. When you use our contact form, you may provide your name, email address, and message content. We collect this information only when you voluntarily submit it.
Information Collected Automatically
We use PostHog for website analytics in cookieless mode. This means we do not set any cookies on your browser and do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics. PostHog collects aggregated, anonymous usage data such as page views, referral sources, and general geographic region. No individual user profiles are created.
How We Use Your Information
- Waitlist emails: To notify you when our customs bond service launches and to send relevant updates about Bondrail. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Contact form submissions: To respond to your inquiry.
- Analytics data: To understand how visitors use our website and improve our content.
How We Store Your Information
Waitlist email addresses are stored in Google Sheets, secured by Google Workspace access controls. Email communications are processed through Resend, a transactional email service. Both services store data on servers located in the United States and are subject to their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Google (Sheets/Workspace) and Resend process data on our behalf to deliver our services.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Cookies
Bondrail does not use cookies. Our analytics tool (PostHog) operates in cookieless mode, and we do not use any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies.

- Request deletion of your personal information
